Before they are turned lose out there to greet the morning rush, they need to know how to make every drink you offer and how to operate the machinery to get it done. Make sure you hire individuals that are friendly and willing to learn. Where do you plan to open up your coffee shop? You need to find a key location that is going to give you access to plenty of people. You don't want to be so far out of the way that people don't have time to stop in and get a cup of coffee. Try to find a location where people can easily drive to it as well as walk to it. This way they can get what they want any time of the day. If you want to operate a coffee shop, you are going to have to be an early riser. Many people are up and about to get their coffee as early as 5 am. Are you willing to get up this early in the morning to operate your coffee shop? Many coffee shop owners typically get up around 3 am so they can shower, get to the coffee shop, and have things ready to go when those early risers start showing up. If you follow these tips then you won't have any trouble succeeding with your coffee shop. All it is going to take is a customer to stop in one time to see what a great establishment you have. They are going to come back again for more and they will likely be telling their friends and co-workers all about what you have available. This type of customer service is going to help your customer base continue to grow.
