You have your keyword list that says which keywords searchers are searching for when they search for your site or your product, yet you may need some brainwaves to insert flavor and improve conversion. I have put together some words that I expect will inspire you. People don’t notice the equivalent things after they are repetitively exposed to them again and again. In online promotion banner blindness is the most famous example. People basically get used to banners that promote something that is not worth their time, therefore they stop detect the banners after some time. The same thing happens with words that are used to make us do something. Therefore, you need to change your action words from time to time to keep them working. The problem for most writers is that it is exceptionally tricky to change the words because of old habit. I have made this list of actions words to assist you change words from time to time to keep making your web copy effect full. Here are a few examples on how you can vary call to action and the use of emotional words. Call To Action: don’t miss, order now, now is the time, buy now, right now, act now, this instant, immediately, get it now!, now or never, don’t wait, decide now. Indicating of Rational vs. Emotional: You might have heard the concept of right-brain and left-brain functions: The left hemisphere of the brain is the critical side, analytic, logical, linear, rational; the right hemisphere is the the realm of the imagination, emotional, creative. Most people buy on emotion, the more you appeal to the right side of the brain, the more you’ll sell. You do this by using emotional words, not rational, bland, intellectual and boring words. Here are a few examples: Left Brain vs. Right Brain: for vs. because, manufacture vs. make, avid vs. eager, terminate vs. end, perhaps vs. maybe, intelligent vs. bright, aid vs. help, demise vs. death, reply vs. answer, perceive vs. see, sufficient vs. enough, at an end vs. over, humorous vs. funny, huge vs. giant, attractive vs. good looking, circular vs. round, fatigued vs. tired, preserve vs. save, nude vs. naked, concerned vs. worried, combat vs. fight, allow vs. let, additionally vs. here’s more/there’s more, receive vs. get, disclose vs. reveal/explain, astute vs. smart, propitious vs. favorable, obstinate vs. stubborn, tardy vs. late, beneficial vs. good for, futile vs. hopeless, famished vs. hungry, perspiration vs. sweat, I regret vs. I’m sorry, donate vs. give, fortunate vs. lucky, accolade vs. applause, fearful vs. afraid, peril vs. danger, subsequent to vs. since, wealthy vs. rich, large vs. big, utilize vs. use, ill vs. sick, accelerate vs. speed up, completed vs. finished, observed vs. seen, gratification vs. enjoyment, select vs. pick/choose, courageous vs. brave, notion vs. idea, tidings vs. news, elderly vs. old, omit vs. leave out, purchase vs. buy, inform vs. tell, prevent vs. stop, hasten vs. hurry, concerning vs. about, learn vs. find out, jesting vs. joking, immediately vs. right now, superior vs. better, construct vs. build, youthful vs. young, challenge vs. dare, pleased vs. happy, anticipate vs. expect, following is/are vs. here’s/here are, diminutive vs. small, strike vs. hit, facilitate vs. ease, soiled vs. dirty, stomach vs. belly.
